The Challenge
This large accounting company in Luxembourg is one of the leading companies offering a large set of financial services in auditing, tax, advisory and business services outsourcing. The company was looking to increase the digitization of its core business processes, starting with the customer onboarding process concretized by a core workflow managing the whole documentation and customer files. They were equipped with a legacy Document Archiving infrastructure, which was no longer able to support modern digitization goals, including process automation, AI and mailroom capabilities.
