The Challenge

This large accounting company in Luxembourg is one of the leading companies offering a large set of financial services in auditing, tax, advisory and business services outsourcing. The company was looking to increase the digitization of its core business processes, starting with the customer onboarding process concretized by a core workflow managing the whole documentation and customer files. They were equipped with a legacy Document Archiving infrastructure, which was no longer able to support modern digitization goals, including process automation, AI and mailroom capabilities.

The Solution

The goal was to automate a maximum of repetitive and manual operations that occur in the onboarding process and continue operations with this customer along the contract time. The organization offers domiciliation and fiduciary services that imply regular exchanges of documents with external parties but also validation processes that must be traceable and auditable in each business step.

They decided to select both a platform and an experienced partner to take care of the whole implementation and migration landscape. AmeXio delivered a successful proof of concept in the continuum of a high rated quality offer. CP4BA was covering a large set of functionalities that were in the digitalization roadmap. We efficiently used the licensing facilities offered by IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation to achieve a competitive offer against the competition.
