Spark Archives and AmeXio join forces and announce partnership

Spark Archives, one of Europe’s leading providers of hybrid archiving solutions, and AmeXio, a European leader in Enterprise Content Management, have announced their partnership.

“Over the years, we have become Europe’s leading ECM/CCM integrator. Our strength is based on three pillars: not spreading ourselves too thin, staying focused on our technical and functional expertise, and retaining our DNA of human excellence, listening and expertise.”

Xavier Morcillo, Founder & Chairman of AmeXio

Through this union, the two companies are offering the market a coherent, seamless range of products that can be used to link electronic archiving systems and electronic document management via connectors.

“This partnership brings together our expertise and certifications, and therefore our know-how and intellectual assets. Together, we are preparing a dynamic future combining cohesion and coordination, with the most important thing at the centre: people.”

Valérie Desjardins, Managing Director of Spark Archives

The origin of the partnership: a simple response to a market need

Thanks to this partnership, Spark Archives and AmeXio are able to offer a unique alternative to the market and to their respective customers, who will be able to enhance their solution and make it more coherent. Thanks to the “EDM/ESA” connectors, Spark Archives and AmeXio enable their current and future customers to make the most of their expertise in EDM and electronic records management with evidential value.

“As is often the case, the idea for this partnership arose from a real need identified in the market. Our customers often asked us to handle the ‘living’ dimension of their documents. When Xavier Morcillo and I shared this observation, they were faced with the same problem, but on the SAE side. So it seemed obvious that we should embark on this collaboration together”

Valérie Desjardins, Managing Director of Spark Archives

“This natural synergy between a leading integrator in its ECM market and a leading publisher in its hybrid SAE market will enable future AmeXio and Spark customers to benefit from a coherent, high-performance approach to their document chain, from creation to preservation.

Spark Archives and AmeXio pool the strengths of their solutions

With their similar cultures and turnkey solutions, the two companies have a lot in common!

First and foremost, ease of use and ergonomics! The EDM/EAS solution we offer is designed to ensure that users can get on board and work independently.

Then there’s the flexibility and adaptability of the solution. Because every business context is different, the seamless solution offered by Spark Archives and AmeXio can be configured and upgraded.

In addition, depending on the needs of public or private organisations, the complementary expertise of Spark Archives and AmeXio means that hosted, OnPremise or SaaS solutions can be offered. The proposed platform processes both living documents and archives, meeting the needs of the various business lines. As a result, the entire document production and lifecycle is covered.

Finally, the partnership focuses on security and traceability. The Spark Archives solution can be used to manage the secure, integrated and long-term storage of binding documents. The publisher integrates time-stamped logging, digital fingerprint management, attestation sealing and chained logs.
